1. Agreement to Terms

By registering an account or accessing any part of the 77fg platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 77fg.

77fg reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend that you review these terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 77fg platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 77fg strictly enforces the 21+ age policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration. False or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by law.
• You must not be an existing account holder who has been previously banned, suspended, or excluded from 77fg for any reason.

77fg employs strict Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. All accounts are subject to identity verification before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension or forfeiture of pending winnings.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 77fg platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

You may request the closure of your 77fg account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard settlement rules. Balances meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to applicable processing times.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

77fg supports a range of payment methods convenient for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major bank transfer options such as Dutch-Bangla Bank and City Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed at the time of the transaction.

Deposit Policy

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77fg platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate game outcomes, odds, or platform functionality in any manner.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering activity intended to manipulate betting markets or exploit promotional offers.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any unlawful financial transactions. 77fg complies fully with AML regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Registering or operating accounts on behalf of other individuals, or facilitating access to the platform by persons who are ineligible under these terms, including minors under the age of 21.
• Using offensive, abusive, defamatory, or harassing language in any communication channel associated with the 77fg platform, including customer support interactions.

77fg employs real-time fraud detection and monitoring systems. Suspicious patterns of play, unusual transaction volumes, and irregular account behavior are continuously assessed. Accounts found to be in violation of these provisions will be subject to investigation prior to any suspension or termination decision.

77fg makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game data, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. While we strive to maintain continuous platform access, scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary service interruptions, for which 77fg shall bear no liability.

10. Amendments to These Terms

77fg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions in whole or in part at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a notification on the platform or by sending a communication to the registered email address associated with your account. It is your responsibility to check these terms regularly.

Your continued use of the 77fg platform following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you object to any revised terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and may contact our support team to request account closure.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the 77fg platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
